Product availability, styles, prices, sizes, colors, descriptions, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Information

We try to display product names, images, colors, sizes, materials, prices, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, fabric differences, or production differences. Minor differences that do not affect normal use are not automatically considered defects.

11. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-area service limits, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, customers should promptly check the delivery location and contact us if there is an issue.

12. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities or carriers and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Refusing to pay customs or import charges may result in delivery delays, return shipping fees, or deductions from any eligible refund.

13. Returns and Refunds

Return windows, product-specific apparel return standards, custom product limitations, return shipping responsibility, inspection rules, damaged or incorrect item reporting, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after refund approval or after the returned item passes inspection.

14. Apparel Condition Requirements

Returned apparel must be clean, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition with original tags, labels, packaging, and included accessories where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odor, washing, alteration, missing tags, missing packaging, pet hair, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or damage after delivery may be refused or may receive a reduced refund.

We collect and use customer information for order processing, payment confirmation, shipping, customer support, returns, refunds, fraud prevention, website security, legal compliance, and payment dispute review. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent people’s court in the place where XIA MEN SHI WANG ZHE RONG YAO MAO YI YOU XIAN GONG SI is registered, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of that court, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
